All artwork, advertising and promotional material (s) used in connection with the artist's performance must be approved beforehand by Koolwaters. Failure to comply with our terms could result in the event being cancelled. Please ensure that everyone involved with this event is made aware of this.

Artwork must be received no less than thirty five (35) days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed with Koolwaters.

Billing: Randoree

- If you choose to use a photograph of the artist, please use an official press photograph within the above press pack link
- One of the Koolwaters Agency logos must be included on all artwork/advertising
