All artwork, advertising and promotional materials used in connection with the artists' performance must be approved beforehand by Koolwaters. Please ensure that everyone involved with this event is made aware of this as failure to meet this requirement would constitute as breach of contract.

Artwork must be received no less than thirty five (35) days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed with Koolwaters.

Billing: Eynka (Logo)

General Instructions:

* All artwork/advertising to include the official Eynka logo
* If you choose to use a photograph of the artists, you need to use an official press photograph
* The Koolwaters Agency logo must be included on all artwork/advertising
* If there is enough space please include the artists' social networking details
